Occasionally, small volumes of Diphtheria IgG Elisa Kit vials may become trapped in the product vial seal during shipping and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial in a benchtop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid on the lid of the container. Some products may need to be shipped with dry ice and an additional fee may apply for dry ice.

MBS494210 is a ready-to-use complete plate, strip, or microwell ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) kit for testing the presence of diphtheria IgG ELISA kit target analytes in biological samples. The concentration gradients of the kit standards or positive controls provide a theoretical detection range of the kit in biological research samples containing diphtheria IgG. The ELISA biochemical analytical technique of the MBS494210 kit is based on diphtheria IgG antibody-diphtheria IgG antigen interactions (immunoadsorption) and an HRP colorimetric detection system to detect IgG diphtheria antigen targets in samples.
The ELISA Kit is designed to detect native, non-recombinant diphtheria IgG. Appropriate sample types may include secretions and undiluted body fluids and/or tissue homogenates. Quality control trials evaluating reproducibility identified the intra-assay CV (%) and inter-assay CV (%). As a classical human pathogen, diphtheria causes severe upper respiratory symptoms and often death. Fortunately, modern medicine has developed an effective vaccine against this dangerous toxin produced by Corynebacterium diphtheriae. Detection of toxoid IgG protein in serum is necessary to achieve complete immunity, so levels in animal models are critical to understanding the time required before the next anti-diphtheria IgG.
MyBioSource has an excellent IgG anti-diphtheria toxin ELISA ready for standard or custom uses. Fast, sensitive, and complete with all product reagents such as primary antibody assay, secondary antibody, and ALEXA 174 fluor or AMP ELISA kit detection, these 5s IgG diphtheria toxoid ELISA kits are ready for your demanding samples. Selected diphtheria IgG antibodies result in reproducible test results for their proteins. Compare by cross line â † µ, with other tests. Don’t waste your valuable sample products on less than our Corynebacterium diphtheriae 5s Toxin IgG Human ELISA.

Intended Uses: The Diphtheria Toxoid IgG Antibody ELISA Test Kit has been designed for the detection and quantitative determination of specific IgG antibodies against diphtheria toxoid in serum and plasma. Laboratory results can never be the sole basis for a medical report. In addition, the patient’s history and additional tests should be considered.
Assay Principle: The Diphtheria Toxoid IgG Antibody Test Kit is based on the principle of Enzyme Immunoassay (EIA). The diphtheria toxoid antigen binds to the surface of the microtiter strips. Diluted patient serum or ready-to-use standards are pipetted into the wells of the microtiter plate. Binding occurs between serum IgG antibodies and immobilized diphtheria toxoid antigen. After one hour of incubation at room temperature, the plate is rinsed with a diluted wash solution to remove unbound material.
The ready-to-use anti-human IgG peroxidase conjugate is then added and incubated for 30 minutes. After an additional washing step, the substrate solution (TMB) is pipetted and incubated for 20 minutes, inducing the development of a blue tint in the wells. The color development is finished with the addition of a stop solution, which changes the color from blue to yellow. The resulting dye is measured spectrophotometrically at the wavelength of 450 nm. The concentration of IgG antibodies is directly proportional to the intensity of the color.
